Enrol in the modules
- Complete the enrolment form to register and select the modules you'd like to complete. Once you've submitted the form, you can close the enrolment page.
- Check your email for a message with login details from the 'Admin Team' (it may be in your junk or spam folders).
- Follow the link in the email to log into the system and set your password. We recommend using the same password you used when enrolling.
- Once logged in, you can start your modules, complete them at your own pace, and download your certificate when finished.
Access the modules
Once you've enrolled and followed the instructions in the email to log in and update your password, you can access the modules anytime through the advance care planning and palliative care education portal.

Modules for health professionals
These modules are designed to educate health professionals on using the caring@home resources to teach carers and families how to manage breakthrough symptoms safely using subcutaneous medicines.
