About the app
The free palliMEDS app supports primary care prescribers to provide optimal symptom management to their palliative care patients.
palliMEDS has prescribing information about palliative care medicines identified by clinicians across Australia [PDF 804.98 KB] as the most useful to manage common symptoms in home-based palliative care patients in the last few weeks of life.
The prescriber can search by symptom or medicine, use the opioid calculator for conversions, read dosing considerations and symptom and medicine information, and look up TGA-PBS listings.
The paediatric content was developed with the Quality of Care Collaborative Australia.
