The caring@home app puts the full suite of the Community palliative care resources and Standard caring@home resources in the palm of your hand, making it easy to access them on your phone wherever you are.
Download resources to read offline anytime and print directly from your phone when needed.
The 2026 version includes:
- Tip sheets on managing physical symptoms and recognising dying
- Factsheets on understanding infusion devices and managing subcutaneous medicines
- Step-by-step guides and videos on providing practical care
- Syringe labels
- Short training videos
- Other resources to support health professionals and clinical services, including the Prompts for End-of-Life Planning (PELP) Framework, palliMEDS app list and the National Core Community Palliative Care Medicines List.
