Activities
caring@home for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Families will:
- Develop tailored carer resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and patients based on extensive consultation
- Provide information for health professionals
- Undertake a national rollout of the resources via communication and marketing activities.
