- Each service site can order up to six (6) packages per order.
- caring@home is unable to send repeat orders due to limited stock.
- Please indicate in the quantity box of the order form how many packages you require (1-6).
- It is expected that each service site will keep one full package as a master copy to enable the service to produce future packages as required.
- All package documents can be downloaded from this website and printed by your service. Read ideas about reproducing resources for your service here.
- Please allow up to two (2) weeks for delivery.

previously produced and distributed by Shannon's Bridge. This activity was funded by a grant from
the Victorian Government End-of-life Ancillary Service grant program.
As of December 2019, caring@home packages for carers for Victorian services will be
distributed by the caring@home
