Limited caring@home packages for carers and Palliative Care Clinic Boxes supporting culturally-appropriate palliative care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families are available for order.
Services should now reproduce their own caring@home resources on an ongoing basis. This will ensure carers can continue to be supported to help manage end-of-life symptoms for people who want to be cared for, and to die at home, if possible.
